Enable Visual Assist in very large code files

To avoid possible slowness of the IDE, Visual Assist is not active in source files larger than 5 MB. You can edit this threshold in the following registry key:

HKCU\Software\Whole Tomato\Visual Assist X\<IDE spec>\LargeFileSizeThreshold = 5000000

Because this is a DWORD value, set it to a decimal.

The default maximum file size is 5000000, approximately 5 MB.
