Compatibility with Visual Studio Community

Unlike the Express Editions of Visual Studio that do not support extensibility, Visual Studio Community (2013 and newer) allows enhancing of the IDE with extensions, including Visual Assist. Any build of Visual Assist that supports Visual Studio 2013+ also supports Visual Studio Community 2013+.
